Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

* 4-5 egg whites
* 1/2c oats (optional: depending on your diet, you could even use 1 pkt of instant, flavored oatmeal)
* 1 scoop Pro-Lab's Lean Mass Matrix Protein Component in Cinnamon Oatmeal (this tastes awesome!)
* Few sprinkles of cinnmon or apple pie spice or pumkin pie spice
Splenda (to taste, usually 3-4 packets)
* Top with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray and sugar-free syrup

Optional: you could add 1/3c of blueberries/strawberries, a banana or chopped apple, almonds or walnuts, canned pumpkin (w/pumpkin pie spice)
