Make sure you swish your mouth with water after your protein shakes. It just helps cut the risk for infection because bacteria love and strive on protein.
 
Trust me bro it's much better than being awake, the Doc practically put his foot on my chest trying to pull mine out and the sound was fucking God awful. I've had plenty of injuries, car accidents, surgery etc but this sucked

how old are you bro? they are supposed to be worse the older you get. I was out doing choirs the next day after mine were removed but they weren't impacted and I heal pretty fast (I'd think we all do considering our diets)
 
just be careful bro dont worko ut till you know your ready. That gritting down could pop your clots. My dads dumbass smoked a cig high on pills not thinking about it 4 drysockets said it was the worst pain hes ever had.
 
seriously, my wife got dry sockets from drinking too early after and life was aweful for a couple of days...for both of us. I have been needing to get two of mine out for years, but no insurance = jacked up teeth.
 
yeah, much better. I was gone all last week and I hurt my arm a little acting like a jackass, but that's to be expected with me. My neck and head are great...no more sex headaches so I'm pumped. I'm hitting the gym in 30 minutes and I'm starting back with a leg day. Won't go to heavy, but I won't be a pu**y either, so we're about to find out just how good it is.

On a side note, I just watched my first ortho surgery and it was killer. I think that's me. The guy loves the gym, the surgerys are complicated, but you get to see immediate results usually, and you get to break peoples bones just to reset them and let them heal!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait bro.
 
yeah bro I was on piss warm protein shakes for 3 days when I had mine yanked, sucked...fucking bled for 16 hours
dentist had to put me in a head lock to yank the left side and the whole time I was trying to act tough because the assistant was a little hottie
I don't think she bought the tough guy routine though, after the whole nightmare was done...I was covered in sweat
