I had this up before but it looks like the diet/recipe board got waxed
The Original Mass Omelet
1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
1 Dozen Egg Whites
6 Egg Yolks
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
6 ounces of fat-free cheese
Step One:
Brown the gound beef and drain fat.
Step Two:
Mix the remaining ingrediants with the ground beef and cook like an omelet.
This is delicious and very high in protein.
