VERIZON WIRELESS SUCKS MY ASS!!

These fukin boneheads are the shittyest cell phone providers in the world. I like an idiot..switched from US Cellular because Verizon had cooler phones :angry:   So I get my 1st bill..they overcharge me by $40. They don't even send me my fukin 2nd bill and guess how I find out?  I try to make a call and it calls them directly...MY SERVICE GOT SHUT OFF!!  Ok how am I suppose to pay a bill I didn't get...(stop me when i sound out of line here). So today I get my bill which is due in like a week (thanks for givin me all the time to pay it nutsacks) and on it is a $25 RECONNECTION FEE for when they shut off my phone when I didn't pay my bill that they didn't send me. <!--emo&{}--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='{}'><!--endemo-->  Imeanit just keep getting better and better!!
  They told me how great this reception was too...If you wanna know how shitty it can be just ask Stickler...he knows it sucks ass!! I am so pissed right now..then thet tell me its $175 early termination fee if I don't go for at least a year?? Why the fuk would I pay $175 for them to shut off my phone?? I told the guy that once i pay my bill and they shut off the phone our relationship in my eyes is over...and WTF is the $175 for. Its not like I rented a fukin apartment from them and they are gonna lose money because I bailed on my lease early....I am gonna fight this shit to the top....BTW did i mention that I am upset? <!--emo&/?--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky2.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='/?'><!--endemo-->
 
They do suck.  Presser and I just got our shit straightened out with them.  They disconnected us and yes when you tried to make a call it went directly to those dickheads. They tried charging us $175 per cell cancellation charge because we got behind on the bill, when we finally got the money together to pay it they took off the cancellation fee but then wanted a $300 security deposit.  All in all we paid $700 including our past due bill last week.  They blow!!

Not to mention...we had to send Presser's phone away to get fixed...through Verizon.. and we still have to pay that phones monthly fee even though they said it may take up to 6wks to get it back.

I don't know if you catch my drift, but basically they are fixing the phone and we still have to pay for the minutes even though we can't use it!!!
 
I've been screwed by  my old cell phone company a few times but nothing like that,I'd be pissed too!!!
 
Thats fucked up my friends girl owns a verizon wirless store she gives you a loaner, I get service everywhere but my own neighborhood. wtf
 
Well at least I am not alone I guess. Also there fukin "anytime" minutes are from 9pm-6am...who the fuck talks on the  phone then during the week much..my old ass is about ready for bed at 9pm ???
 Like I said..shit is gonna hit the fan..hey Presser if i cancel my service I'll sell you my phone if your interested bro. I paid like $160 for it about 3-4 months ago...of course I would give you the buddy discount. Seriously bro..I would sell it cheap..it is the LG-TM510 model..yeah its a "pimp" phone..lol. I somehow got a platinum one..and they only make it in black..figure that one out. :D

i've had verizon for 10 years and you have to keep an eye on them and the 9 to 6 thng is bullshit!!!
 
Presser..thats probably the same phone I have..lol. press i am with you i have paid close to 2500 in the past 8mths that i had mine.... i signed up for the 1500 or 2000 min plan. so the first month i used just short of what ever it was.... i get a bill for 875$.... "oh the plan was prorated.. because you signed up for the phone on the 20th you only had 400 minutes until the next billing cycle... Do you have a credit card you can put this on. We need payment now or by next week otherwise the phone will be disconnect."  and i got charged for every single minute.
next.. i see that i am going to use more minutes then what my plan has.. so i call to up my plan.. to that 150mth plan.. great i am thinking home free.. WRONG>>> i get a bill for @ 400$ .. why.. well they "prorate the plan." ok 150 +150.. what the hell is the other 100.. well i went over my plan before i changed it i guess... oh by the way this is the second bill since i had the phone... 1275$ for cell phone service for 2mths,, .. needless to say the following mth i am broke from that so i missed that mths payment.. well they shut it off... WTF>> call pay them... and told them wtf... i gave you this much $$$.. could you do that sir..

wtf.. but it will cost me 350 to shut it off.. lol...2yr plan.. 175 early term fee for 2yrs.. humm and a mark on my credit..

i cannot wait until its over.. i hate them...

My goodness. my contract is now up w/ Cingular and I was thinking about switching to Verizon.. guess not.. Thanks for the insight. Ill stick to my crapy phone snd no issues.
 
I've actually had awesome service with verizon.  I lost my phone a few weeks ago, w/no insurance on it, so they just sent me a used phone.  Well I got that one, didn't like it, so I called them up and they said I could exchange it, so I did, and got a kick a$$ phone for free.

Now that's freakin' good service!!  Lucky you!!!!  They weren't that cool with Presser and I--guess b/c we got behind on the bill, but other than that we paid them lots and lots of $$ and always on time until the last few months.  What a-holes :)
 
I've been with the big "V" for a while now and I've had no problems.....sounds like you're just falling through the cracks Mr456........hope they straighten out the BS for ya!

Phatsack..NEXTEL...sucks ass too. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't. And thats there 2way radios. There cellular service is worse than Verizon.

I remember back in 1990 when I had the cool "bag" phone..with the "pimp" antenna stuck to your car window. That  50cent a minute piece of shit picked up everything...now they all suck!!! Sasha they hit me up with the same prorated shit they hit you with.  But besides that I really haven't had a problem with them.  Although I am newbie, only being with them for 4 months.  Also, the reception with the satelite has only been down once, and the was two days ago...so go figure.  Maybe they are headed for shits creek.
 
I forgot to tell you that they did that pro-rated BS with me also when I 1st started with them. I called them and told them that I wasn't paying for it because nobody ever said anything about that. They credited my bill..so i guess they did do that for me...but thats it.
