It has shown through MANY MANY STUDIES to be a lot less effective immediately PWO. The only thing that should be used PWO is SLIN. (IGF Should be admin'ed after your PWO Meal but before the next meal after that.. so approx-- max of 2 hours after workout and a minimum of 1hr after workout..

The further away from pwo the better due to the native MGF that your body produces after you train. If you take it immediately after your workout then the igf will attach it self to the MGF and stall the prolliferation process. Allow the native MGF to run it's course, then administer IGF in small doses either in the morning or at very least 2 hours post work out. Example. 40mcgs daily should be taken at 10mcgs 4 through out the day, because IGF1LR3 will attach to receptors in the bowels when taken in larger dosages.
