IGF after workout

how important would you say it is to apply IGF directly after workout...for me i usually do it about 30 min after workout due to distance and other things. do u think better results would occur if applied directly after ur routine?
 
Thats what I have always done personally. I think some guys like Press do it pre workout but I could be wrong. I had some irritation in the application spot when I did pre.
 
It has shown through MANY MANY STUDIES to be a lot less effective immediately PWO. The only thing that should be used PWO is SLIN. (IGF Should be admin'ed after your PWO Meal but before the next meal after that.. so approx-- max of 2 hours after workout and a minimum of 1hr after workout..

Immediately PWO has been shown to be really a waste, but people SWEAR by it.. so I mean.. who can argue with it.. People do what they want.. even if it goes against real clinical studies.

People like to do what their buddies do.. so if their buddy says.. MAN IGF IS THE BEST IF YOU DO IT IMMEDIATELY PWO MAN !! That guy will start doing it that way.. then spread that info to his buddies who then spreads it to his buddies.. and it hits the INTERNET and explodes as the absolute CORRECT WAY to do it because Someone said so ...

That's why I take advice on here with a grain of salt from someone unless I have seen them write some things that I know are accurate, and then will follow their knowledge, and if it all falls on a line of truths and not misconceptions and un-truths.. then I'll go ahead and test out their personal theories..

Other than that. I pretty much know what needs to be done, and how MY BODY works.

At A Private Board.. I'll see if I can get permission to post them over here.. he can be quite controlling with who sees his work and his sharings of other peoples work.. but definitely see what I can do.

Yeah bro see what you can do id like to read these as well. I dont know a ton about IGF so always wanting to learn something new.

The further away from pwo the better due to the native MGF that your body produces after you train. If you take it immediately after your workout then the igf will attach it self to the MGF and stall the prolliferation process. Allow the native MGF to run it's course, then administer IGF in small doses either in the morning or at very least 2 hours post work out. Example. 40mcgs daily should be taken at 10mcgs 4 through out the day, because IGF1LR3 will attach to receptors in the bowels when taken in larger dosages. You feel like a pin cushion, but the results are worth the extra pins. CLINICAL STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THIS TO GET THE BEST RESULTS.

So the studies say, basically, that if you take more than 40mcgs at a time, they are just wasted in the bowels? Now is this only go for post-workout, or does it apply to pre-workout, as well?

40mcg was just an example. He's pretty much saying that your dosage should be split up during the day, and don't take it post-workout.
 
ill be taking 40-50mcg ed about 1hr PostWO anyway. fuck the pump i get pumps anyway .
from what iv been reding over the passed couple years seems like there would be more likley to have more NEW cell growth going AFTER you damage up the mucles (workout). so ill be pinning 1-2hrs PostWO.
any try it out that way.

A credible study is funded--usually--by a non-profit (such as a university) and published so that the scientific community can scrutinize the findings.
