"I hear people say you have to eat the following. Four solid meals, 1 gollon of water, 3-4 protein shakes, cranberry juice. ala,tylers detox, glutamine,creatine. You would have to be a horse to eat and drink that much shiet! There is no way in hell I could do that. Maybe I just can't eat as much as you guys.

EAT LIKE AN ANIMAL - It's posted all over this board yet people still seem to miss it. I'll tell you what, I've had 7 meals today, it's now 4:30am in the morning and I'm going to go slam back another protein shake and all natural peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread right now before I go to sleep.
Learn to eat and drink lots. I drink at least 20 glasses of water per day. No Bullshit. Sometimes more. Yea, I pee just about as many times too, but it's worth it. The water helps to keep my stomach expanded to help eat more food. The water helps digest the food I eat and keeps my energy levels up so I don't get dehydrated for my workouts.
The more you eat, the more you grow. Simple as that.
