My chest was never that great. My shoulders and arms always dwarfed it. I have been using IGF now for a while to help bring up my chest and it is working. Im getting comments on my chest now, which has never happened. And my side pose's look a hell of alot better.
I'm just the opposite. I'm using it everywhere but my chest. I need to bring up my arms and I'm using it to help my bad shoulder. I've been on it five or six weeks now and I'm benching 230 x 6 without pain in my shoulder.
