well I applied some IGF on my biceps around 50mcg's per each bicep (100mcg total for the day) and I can notice a big difference in shape and overall size already. gives my bis a rounder, fuller look. Gonna stick with 50mcg per each arm ED I guess. Or do you guys think EOD is good enough. I have done in the past 40-60mcg's split into my arms, but havnt done this high of a dose for bis ... thoughts ?
 
Stick with this dose bro! Its always nice to change it up and maybe find your magic number so to speak, and keep us posted ofcourse
 
yeah bro let me know how that works for ya Im doing 30 in each and I like the way it looks, also did in each pec and that was a little uncomfortable for a while and left some nice bruises..lol
 
Sorry Chris, I think when you find your number that suits you in would go ED even on off days. But others may have a different opinion, you could even half it on off days.
 
50 mcg is the shit, I do it bi laterally in the muscle group I'm working 5 days a week and in the last month I can tell a tremendous difference, my shoulders have blew up, getting lines in my legs I've never seen before, chest seems to be bigger, my bis are up over 18 from 17.75 just in a month, o and I'm leaning out not bulking. Strength is still climbing, u can't go wrong with this stuff, only bad thing is that it's soooo good I get a pump in my calves when I'm on the stair master and it hurts so bad I can't stand, lol, some good stuff!!!
 
Yes, guys I normally do 50mcg's per day...either biceps or tricpes (into the long head) sometimes do 100mcg's in each bi during chest and bicep workouts. but you gotta get your carbs in first, and during...or you can go hypo a tad bit
 
I have noticed a huge difference at 100mcg per on arm days. I don't have a problem with my arms, but since I work them once a week I use it there anyway. The pump is incredible and lasts for days...no kidding!!!

I do 100mcg's only on training days preworkout. However on chest, biceps, and calves I do 125mcg. I'm doing 8iu of insulin in the AM 6 days a week and 8iu of insulin post workout. My size, strength, and recovery ability have doubled at least. Near my show I'd use up to 300mcg preworkout and still be strong and get great pumps on only 50g of carbs. I've been on for longer than I can remember now. I don't see a point of diminishing returns. I do know that using insulin with IGF increases insulins effects dramatically. I can't go over 8iu. For the brief and sporadic times I used insulin before I could go as high as 15iu w/o problems. With 8 I have to make sure I take in 100g of fast acting carbs (sugars) immediately and another 100g high glycemic index carbs within 1.5 hours or I'm in trouble.
 
Yeah you have to know what your doingf by adding slin, glad your experienced. Iwouldnt recommend that much with a newbie. Never mixed it with slin since I go hypo at anything over 60. I do morning sites or 30 min before the gym, along with a sports dring like gatorade and some granola bars.
