I dont. If you are sick your immune system is shot, and going to the gym with everybodys germs there will make u worse, as will doing the opposite of resting. Im drinking a shit ton of echinichea tea, green tea, water, and oj, took multi vitamins, vitamin c, 3 cold eaze, thera flu, local honey, an allergy med, and zinc today, as well as naps..
I seriously loathe being sick, I know no one likes it, but I really try to kick the shit outta my system quick
geeze superman,..... give us the cure allready lol post nasal drip is the worst youve had? well its a good and bad thing I suppose, from what I have heard usually if u get sick more often earlier in life, later in life u will have a better immune system and get sick much less, but i dont know the validity of this statement
