protein pancakes

1/2 cup oats
one scoop (30g) whey
5-6 egg whites
one whole egg
one heaping table spoon Cottage Cheese (can be optional but without it its pretty dry)
Dash of cinnamon
(optional--fruits, bananas, nuts)
Blend

pour on skillet like normal pancake mix.
 
haha I just made some today, I added 1 scoop to the pancake mix that u just add water too
 
Just smash up the yams, mix them with the egg whites and throw in 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder and mix it up nice and smooth and it's just like a normal pancake mix. It took me a couple times to really get the hang of it, but it's great to make a bunch of them at the beginning of the week and just snack on them throughout the week while I'm at work.
 
Thanks for sharing but just wondering that when I tried it, its taste was bit bitter.
What are the precautions for the next time? :)
