Chris...I run my hgh in the morning. Then before/after my workout I use the igf1. I have been getting up early about 5am taking the hgh then going back to bed. Once I get up I take in my protein in water then about 15 minutes later eat my meal. I then take the ghrp2 at night before I go to bed.
I am running the hgh for 6 months going from 2iu a day up to 5 iu a day and then wean back down to 2iu at the end.I am running my igf at 80-100mcg a day for the 2 months, off one, on 2 months off one. The ghrp I am taking at night for a month 5 days a week for a month at 200mcg.
I am only using 1cc of test every week with this so it is very mild. I am about to come off the test while I am building the igf in my system and then of course the hgh has been there long time now so I should keep any mass I have gained, but I take so little stuff as far as the aas goes it should be fine. Not sure this helps, but the hgh and igf1 stuff is from reading what others are doing and it seems to be working pretty well.
BTW...I have been trying half dose of igf before my workout then the other half after...not sure it helps or hurts, just something I am trying. I also just got the igfdes (or dos whichever) and will be using that too

Not sure it is full proof...like splitting my igf1 dose, but I thought I would try it.
is this way to go? just run igf and gh and test ... forget about everything else? lol
