Getting LASIK surgery ( blind as a bat )
Apparently AAS will affect healing . Luckily I have been off for a while . Didn't have to bring it up with doc .

. Question : how long after sugary can I start a cycle ? Anyone have an answer ?

Who has had LASIK done ? Happy with results ?

I had LASIK and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Funny you should ask the question about doing it on cycle. I was in the middle of a superdrol cycle. I don't think it helped or hindered. At the time and afterwards, I kinda thought it was a tad bit irresponsible. My vision is still 20/20. However I do get blurred vision when the lighting is just right. It was crazy. After The surgery, I slept about 3-4 hours and woke up with perfect vision. Things were a bit blurry but I could read small text at arms length in front of my face which before was impossible. Good luck. You will love it

I've thought about getting this too, but my uncle had a bad experience with it so I've been skeptical

I had it done, best money I've ever spent
I was on a cruise cycle at the time-didn't affect the healing

make sure you take the drops afterward or your eyes will itch like crazy and your not suppose to rub them

Ive gotten Lasik done about 3 years ago definitely worth it no complaints at all.... wasnt on anything tho

YES WHAT HAPPENED BRO? I know there is a small chance of permanent blindness, so with my luck bieng what it is, i havent taken this leap,

plus I think I look good in eyeglasses, although i havent had a pair in 2 years since my dog decided they tasted good!

I've been strongly considering LASIK too. Lately my contacts are making my eyes hurt/giving me headaches, so I've been wearing my glasses a lot. I know early on a lot of people had bad experiences, but most of those were the ones who got the $299 per eye deals from the less reputable "doctors" performing the surgeries.

What happened ?

Vision got worse, couldn't see at night without wearing sunglasses because the glare was so bad. He's still like this because he refuses to go back under to correct the problem. He's worse now than when he started. And before it's thrown out that he went the cheap route, he's a multi millionaire and went to one of the best surgeons in Florida (he's from the northeast) to have it done

After your ASS surgery you have to start your a cycling, Just wait about the cycling, and be safe and hide to your ASS surgery. Even if made anything in the surgery effect your pain is higher then some of the problem will be arise, So best rest of the day for your surgery to recover.

Did you do it yet? I've got mine scheduled for June 10. Sounds like an easy enough procedure and my doctor said that they are getting amazing results the past few years because of advancements in the lasers, so I'm glad I waited. I'm not on cycle now, so I didn't ask anything about AAS. It sounds like it's completely healed within about a week, so I'd think you could start back soon after. I'm hoping to start another test cycle close to the start of July.

Yup .. Had the surgery last Thursday . It wasn't too bad . Didn't love the suction cup or the pressure on my eyes but it was very short lived . .. Less than a minute . Each eye was prepped and finished in about 10 mins . Would have posted earlier but no TV, computer or texts for 48 hours . I have a little swelling with left eye . Could see 20/20 out of right eye the next day . Not as good with left but I am going in tomorrow for the "one week " checkup . I understand it will improve . Bottom line is that I'm writing this post without glasses .. F*cking A !! I was legally blind without eyewear .. Coolest thing is that I got a form with package . In three months my driver's licence will not say .. "valid only if wearing proper eyewear "

That's awesome, man. Mine is 8 days away. I didn't know about no TV or computer for 48 hours, though. That was my plan for the whole weekend. I don't know what I'll do now.

lol ... It's like being "grounded " !

I slept a lot . Your eyes will feel really gritty and sore after operation > Best thing to do the first day is sleep ..I could see leaving office but way more improved overnight . You should have someone with you to get you home . Do not rub eyes at all ! I wore those stupid dark glasses around the house for 4 days . Good luck man .. I think you will be very happy with it .

I go in for my surgery in the morning. I'm excited! No more contacts or glasses for me, woohoo!

Well, I had LASIK done last Friday and it's going great so far. It's weird to really be able to see all of the time now. I'm on all sorts of eye drops and restrictions this first week, but it will be worth it after that.
