Spring sale for a newbie.

Beginner I have read all over the forum years and months back , and again recently there is a ton of information. I am just hoping I have compiled it enough where I have not missed anything , forgot anything , and hoping for some input on what the majority opinion feels is best.

I have been working out religiously have not missed a workout yet , I have had to train 2 times without a partner because plans came up but that did not stop me. I feel like I am pretty dedicated again , definitely enough to where nothing is going to throw me off aside from an injury which I am doing my best to prevent.

I am turning 21 on july 2nd , I feel like my age should not be too much of a problem with starting the cycle but depending on what the majority thinks I can always hold off.

From what all I have read and remember this is how I feel I will be doing my cycle.

1 bottle would be 25days of applying with 40mcg total , so I figure roughly a month on a month off is strictly how I am going to be doing my dosing. Starting at the first of the month I will start whether its a training day or not. Apply daily until the bottle is empty then I will start my off cycle count at the first of the next month even though there are on cycle days where I do no applying, the start back at the first of the following.

Off days apply in the AM in any muscle of choice depending on what is lacking or into the largest muscle groups.

40mcg total , 20mcg bilaterally.

6 bottles , 5 get one free.... I figure will result in a whole year worth of on/off cycles of course the 12th month being a off cycle.

What size applicator is recommended or does it really even matter all that much?

I read on here that it is already premixed so assuming its liquid form , what exactly are the steps I need to do when receiving my IGF before I can use it?
 
Yes, it's premixed and ready to use right away. Sounds like your math is correct, 6 bottles would last you a year under your plan.

Is there anything that is suggested to do to get the full amount out of the sy , I think I read about pulling something with the IGF , but cant remember and im in and out right now trying to work on restoring my fiero , I had off work today so today and rest of the weekend is pretty much my best chance to finish swapping things over and putting the rebuilt motor back in the car.

So kind of too impatient to use the search button at the moment.

You'll like the results, I did a 3 on/2 off and just started back on and so far this run is amazing!!!
 
I know that question is directed towards big , but what is your opinion on me doing igf everyday vs training days only? Quick metabolism igf helps combat catabolism throughout the day I read on a post. But would that offset benefits im losing by not taking it on a training day where I just have more applications of it shuttling nutrients to the muscles while training along with the pumps...

Also , how bad would the pumps be at work?

I think the pumps would be good if you are doing something at work that is working that muscle.. But if you have a job that you set behide a desk or something like that I wouldn't't see wear you would even get a pump !!!'

Right. And with 20mcg bilaterally, you might feel a small pump in the muscle you applied it to, but nothing major and certainly nothing painful. Unless, like Lightsout said, you are doing heavy lifting at work.
 
My job has its points where you get some of a pump , may have to pause for a minute to let the pump already do away... but thats on and off since I switch back and forth between tasks , I dont really do heavy lifting but repetitive isolation type movements but could get heavy if the windows and glass match up right.

I think I may just save it for workout days only.... the lethargic feeling could screw me over since some days im tired as shit due to only getting a few hours sleep. Then I never know what im going to be lifting and when I carb up throughout the day my pumps naturally might hinder my job performance some anyway.

At that dose you may not feel lethargic. I ran 40mcg for a while and never felt any different. But, apparently different people react to it at different doses.
 
Alright , I may up the dosage depending on the results then , if it does not affect me making me feel lethargic find what my limit is for making me feel like that and get right on the edge.... and that will what I choose to run consistently I am thinking.... but thats just my unexperienced mind talking.
