to be aggitated, depressed and easily pissed off right now. I have no idea what the deal is with my arm, im taking 7 days off but If its like a 5 or 10 percent rip of a tendon and I go back next wk and completely tear it im fucked. Im getting ready for a cruise and do not want to kill my progress... what to do what to do
 
rest bro, thats all u can do at this point, cause that shit looked nasty as hell, i had the same thing years ago behind my leg, it looked like i got hit by a car
 
If you rush back to the gym too soon and make it worse, you'll be out longer and hate it even more.
 
today is day 6 that will be no gym, bruise is still really big faded a tiny tiny bit but not much
