igf and eye sight

I have not been taking my applications daily but preworkout , so 3x a week...

I am just wondering if this is all in my head , but has anybody noticed ANY SLIGHT improvement in eyesight since taking igf?
 
Nope cant say that I have ever noticed anything like this but i will say to this day people are always stating that the igf has helped them in various other areas that they never imagined it would. So while i cant say I have ever heard anything like this, i also would never doubt the many different benefits for igf and claims made by its users.

That would be sweet if it did... Then I would have X-Ray vision... lol
 
i have not heard a bad word about igf1 .. the only bad thing about it is that we cant get it here in oz!!! gggrrrrr
 
Well I have astigmatism and I'm near sighted , so I know IGF cant miraculously fix my eyes , but as far as strengthening my eye muscles to still improve my eye sight.

I am not sure if it is all in my head , I have only been taking it for a short time , and not beginner dosages 20/20mcg bilateral , I have upped to 30/30mcg , and then for the first time last nights workout 40/40mcg , I think I am going to up to 50/50 and run that and not go any higher.

So I cannot say that I have seen an eye sight benefit , but .... it popped in my head yesterday about my eyesight not wondering if it would , but has it.... So there might be some benefit to it but I think I have to squint less during the day.

Actually, yes. I have pretty bad eyesight and astigmatism myself, and normally, my eyesight used to get worse every year. I can't really know for sure that I can attribute anything to IGF, but when I started on it, my eyesight stopped getting worse. Being on HRT certainly hadn't done anything because I've been on that since 1999, and I first used IGF years after that.

I've used IGF a little more heavily in my last couple of cycles, meaning, dosages of 100-200mcg, and at my last eye appointment, October 2010, my eye doc was surprised that the power and level of astigmatism both had gone down—enough for her to see the difference. I'd thought my eyesight had become worse that year because I wasn't seeing as well out of my contacts/eyeglasses when in fact it had become better. She said she had never seen that happen before—it "boggled her mind," to paraphrase her, and the first thing that came to my mind was that the IGF had done something, but I obviously couldn't tell her that.
 
Sweet... Im glad its not completely in my head. I do like my results so far , while I was off of work , eating less than I was while working even though burning less.....

I put on around 5lbs with my first bottle.... Today was my last dose.. I upped from 40 , to 60 , 80 , then 100 pretty quickly after deciding to go up... with also switching to a daily dosing vs just workout days.

But I have 4 bottles left , cause I sold one to a friend for a small profit since he couldnt afford buying without bulk discount price. I think I am going to try some A-B-A-B testing with my last bottles to see what I feel like I get the best results with..

I know results are going to taper , but I figure bigger doses shorter cycles are going to build more size , but once its out of my system and im off and waiting to clear my receptors , the sustainability from igf's muscle catabolism prevention might play a hand to the point , where smaller doses longer cycles may work out for me better cause I will be able to keep the muscle I build rather than fluctuating after I transition to my receptor clearing cycle...

Comparing IGF's effects and cost , especially in bulk prices to alot of supplements , and bang for its buck.... Does not seem like an overly expensive continuous cycle all year around.... Any opinions on my A-B-A-B testing ???

of course after I get an idea what I feel works best for me I need to work with dosage amounts to see for the cost whats a waste to up when I can just run longer cheaper if long cycles seem to be better.
 
Try a bottle long cycle small dosage , short cycle large dosage..

a-b-a-b back and forth till I run out that way I can compare results from one bottle to another , and gives me a point to compare to... I might weight more and need more calorie intake on the first b then I need on the first a , but I can compare the 2nd a to the first b... if I got better results on the 2nd a then the 1st b.... It kind of backups the a's results...

depending how the others compare to each other.... Because if I get better results while needing more intake to maintain , without increasing intake it supports it.

But I posted a new thread specifically related to this and not my eyesight... Sorry. But its not worded or setup the same.
