Good example of fat America

So I did a stress test on someone recently, he was in his early 40s, fat, and his heart rate went up very fast and after about 4 mins on treadmill couldnt do it anymore.

I asked him at the end of the test if he walked much (for exercise), he replied (very seriously) that he bowls alot, I gave him a blank stare, than he mentioned how he plays often and that he brings his ball and shoes etc from the parking lot to the alley, than at the end of the night back.
At the end of his insane statement he said that the most intense workout with walking he gets is when he brings his bowling equipment upstairs to his apartment.

Are people serious? does someone really take this as exercise? I often here "well I walk alot at my job" Unless that job is one of the mailmen that they have in like Long Island that jog from house to house to drop the mail off in the box right next to the front door, on a daily basis, stop saying that excuse....

Another thing I cant stand is huge people not knowing why their knees or back hurts, I think being twice the weight you were meant to be may have something to do with it, ask any 180 pound guy to piggy back another person weighing 180 all day and see how their knees and back feel....

fuckin people

or having no idea why they are having chest pain or breathing ussues, Im like really, you really dont know why huh?

I was in line at a local restaurant for lunch one day, and overheard a soldier in uniform complaining to a sergeant that he didn't know why he couldn't lose weight. He said, "I told the first sergeant that he should follow me around for a month and see what I eat." He ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and large coke. Easily 3,000 cals for one meal. This guy was as big around as he was tall. And he wasn't that tall. He looked like shit, and was a disgrace to the uniform. When he sat down i wanted to walk over and ask him how many cals were in his meal, and why he didn't get the grilled chicken/salad on the menu. or plain baked potato instead of the fries. Then I remembered that I'm retired now, and can no longer do that. It's funny how its never the persons personal habits that put them in the situation they are in. So many people have an external locus of control and blame everything else but themselves and their behaviors.
