3rd shift and Training !!!

I've been on 2nd shift for the last 6 years.. And now I'm going to 3rd shift next week.. Are any of you guys on midnights.. And when do you guys think is a good time to train.. Right now I go before work but when i go to 3rd it wouldn't be till 9pm.. So if any of you guys are on 3rd give my some ideas..
 
I would sleep after your done working (I assume its 7am) So go home eat a meal, then go to bed around 8-9 am then sleep for 6-7 hours (to 3 or 4 pm) then eat a meal, (4pm, this would be your first meal) eat again at 6 pm (2nd meal) go train, have a post workout shake after training. Get ready for work, then go. After your at work eat every 3hrs or so...like normal...

I have worked midnights and I basically did exactly what Chris mapped out for you. I had to go to sleep when I got off as I was too tired. It did feel weird though going to bed as the birds are chirping and it's daylight, but if you're tired enough, it won't matter
