Whats up guys, its been along time since i've tried anything appliable. I had a torn bicep about 3 years ago and have not tried working out untill 4 weeks ago and feel pretty good right now, but want to get a good pump back. In my college days, I did trin, test, deca, and so on, but I don't know much about IGF or where I can or cannot apply. I got my order of 6 bottles of IGF last week and would like to do apply on my biceps if possible. Any advice would be appreciated.

bi's are fine. Did you get DES or LR3? It doesn't matter which one as far as applying to bis, just asking for timing purposes. Many people take DES pre workout, about 5-10 minutes prior and use LR3 post

yes u can apply it to ur biceps bro, it no problem at all

Thanks guys, could you maybe give me a guide to follow, im only doing p90x and some light weight right now just trying to work my way back up. When I left the gym 3 years ago my max was 385 on bench and could rep 225 for 20, now I doubt I could put up 135 for 5 lol. Shoulder injuries suck. I miss the gym bad, so im hoping I can see some results from this and start actually going back to the gym here.

Also should I do it before and after my workout? Only bad thing is my wifey would not be happy if she found out I was juicing again. If post workout is ok I can do it before I leave work but the after workout would be a problem, lol. Also I have the LR3's.

Some do pre and some do post. From all I've ever read, pre is better, but you can't really go wrong either way. I've applied to both heads of the bicep with success.

I have hearded that pre workout cause a pain pump, that's true? how much is it pain full? :(

not bad at all, and i use it preworkout exclusivly bro and used both pre and post and love it pre! And its not pain as in hurts, lol, its a great painful pump! lol.

I use MC IGF only pre workout, the pumps are incomparable to anything I've tried in the past. I've tried it post and I just have to be honest, I love the pumps from applying it pre

Where do you guys pin pre ?

I planned to do 50mcgs each w/o day in quads, does it seem good ?

I am on bridge with 250mg Test E e/w and combo ghrp6/MOD GRF 1-29 100mcg each 3x/day

Any advices?

And how many minutes before training? :)

bumping this for you Jimmy. I am sure someone will answer this for you shortly!

Are you going to run it pre or post? I ran it pre and it took a bit of time to get use to, you get a massive pump! I did the mistake of running it at 50mcg on my tear drop and had a bitch of a workout. I dropped it down to 30mcg and felt a lot better and was still able to get a killer workout :bber:. Everyone is different though so I would start lower dose.

I am runnig it pre workout, quad one shot 50mcg total every work out day.
I did it maybe 8 hours ago before training and its already sore as i injected, the solution is thick by the way.
Maybe it was a bad idea to shot in the quads as i got them already sore as i trained them back since i let them relax for competition

Certain places will get a little sore from the pin. You've gotta consider that applying to the quads (a muscle worked every movement you make) will always be under pressure and will get a natural pump from just walking so it's naturally going to be sore from a pin where as applying to say the delt wouldn't be sore as much since that is a muscle not directly worked with nearly every movement

One question I have guys, is do you hit both bi's with a shot each before workout or do you just alternate bi injection points. Also I started I think im adding it right with 50mcgs the first couple weeks and now 100mcgs on w/o days, does this seem right, im measureing this up to the 5 and the 10 on my insulin pins.
