struggle to EAT..

Does any 1 go through times when u just cant seem to eat..
ive realy struggled to day and had to force feed my self all day..
i could not even eat my eggs this morning and felt sick eating the last few mouth fulls..
same with my pre work out lunch of a large chicken breast and sweet pots had to leave some but managed to eat it after gym.
this can happen a few times and i just wonder if its me some times i try to change the stratergy of it all and when i feel ill i will stop eating that and have some thing else, so my mind thinks MMmmm this is nice and trick my body in to comsuming the food..

any thought s about this..............

also do u guys have any tricks to eat more like drinking water after eating your main meal to expand your gut..?
 
Fiber bro. My trainer added more fiber to my diet and it makes wonders. I take about 50g a day.

i was looking online for good fibre source's and the thing is i eat oatbran,veg,red rice,nuts,sweet pots, all food is home cooked so i know wat go's in as well ..
 
try eating a small apple half hour before your main meal, this tends to help

I find that if it becomes too much of an effort to the point where I feel like I'm gonna puke I will not force it and just try better the next day, after a while your mind will get burned out if you force it

Broccoli and greens is what's in the menu. Also a powdered form of fiber before bed. Just count the fiber source since it carries carbs if you are counting macros.
 
Hunger stimulation from GHRP or EQ for example is useless in my opinion if you can't digest your meals.
 
When that happens with me, I think of something I want to eat like lasagna, tacos, or pizza and I eat! I find just getting the food in is far more productive than sticking with a clean offseason diet when I get sick of clean food. It shocks the metabolism and you can feel your body temp rise

i hear u i think thats my problem im trying to hard to keep it clean..today i had salmon eggs and and an enlglish hot bum with butter..killed the lot..with a big mug of tea..its just a slog some times when u are trying to lose the mid-rift..
but on a bonus note i was in the gym in the changing rooms and it was empty so i stripped down and was able to see my abs for the first time in a few months..
so im getting there and ahead of shedule as well(hoilday to brazil in march)..

i will start doing that i always look at carbs not fibre..
