One of my biggest inspirations to lift and stretch as a kid since like 6 years old. Just watched Lionheart- Mr Belgium, Kickboxer 18-1< badass. Made me Do Tae Kwon Do and win comp's motivation!

Wish I stayed with Tae Kwon Do longer but I can still kick you in your head if you are 6ft or shorter
 
Thought his movies got a little corney after a while. Bout a year or so ago saw one on DVD I never herard of. Pretty
recent. He was a hit man and for his final hit another hit man was after same guy for payback. they kept getting in
each others way until combining forces. He was very quiet
and private when not working (as a hitman) forgot the name but really liked the movie. Was good to see what I
thought was another good one from him.

Hey, he also married Gladys Portuguese (spell??) female bodybuilder. HOT AS HELL! Think she divorced him
cus he liked to party and play with multiple women (at the same time) lol If I remember right. Gotta love him
for his longevity after all that.
 
Just saw some footage today of him training with GSP, I think he's GSP's real dad lol
 
I loved Bloodsport as a kid...which then led me to become obsessed with the video games Double Dragon for NES and then Street Fighter II for SNES. As a result I spent years of my childhood perfecting both.

bloodsport for me was the best movie of my time for van dam..that and bruce lee..
now lets talk about street fighter...it was for sure the best game ever.. right..? infact all these years latter in sure u can get it still..
spent many hours in my bedroom when i should of been sleeping playing that game..
 
bloodsport was def the best, but I love seeing these movies bc its always instant inspiration
 
i might try and download bloodsport its been years since i watched it and as my son is 13 going on 18 maybe he might like to watch it with me..(dont bloody think so cuz he is way toooo busy with his blackberry and ps3 )BUT U NEVER KNOW..he might be inspired.

I'd spend freaking hours at a local market playing Street Fighter. Loved me some chung le. had some good dreams of her growing up!
 
I liked Double Impact the best. When the twin brother was dreaming of him with his girlfriend. Damn she was hot. What about his movie hard target? He's made a few of my favorites.
 
His flexibility is fucking unreal too. Today 1st day back at the gym I was stretching my legs a lot, so to the haters of people that stretch their legs, I just pissed you off---butttttt --- I dont give a shit bc it makes you feel great when you can kick over your head, and only way is to be flexible. Eases tension on your back too! Best part.
