Declines for chest

I haven't done a decline in years, but I do often do some dips but think I may need to add some weight or go back to declines. Does anyone decline bench anymore? seems they have almost removed all the decline benches from my local gyms.

The gym I go to still has a decline bench. I use it every other week. I do 225 for brunt outs.

Never really been a fan of declines, don't do them any more, flat, incline, dips, flys, pullovers, that's it.

My gym has the decline benches and a nautilus type of free weight decline machine. I typically use the machine since I don't normally have a spotter. I like to alternate between decline and incline supersetted with flyes, and it has really improved my chest far beyond what I used to have.

I used to love decline and was my strongest bench but it plays hell on my shoulders these days. If I do decline its only like 225lbs. I do have a decline bench in my shop gym but mostly used for sit ups lol.

I agree. The decline bench press can wreak havoc with your shoulder.
