YOUR Arms unpumped in the morning

Used to have bigger arms until I had gastrointestinal problems and had my gall bladder out. Lost weight and arm size, and boy does that do a number on your head. Unpumped in the morning, 18" at least, 18.5" max, which is still decently big, but for me it kills me because I used to have 19.5" cold. I'm sure working hard on getting it back.

before my tricep tendon tear (100% tear) in 2010 I had perfect left and right on the dot 19's pumped and that was at about 198 lbs, now I am 203 and my arms pumped are typically 1" bigger which means only a 17 1/2 inch arms, which I know for a lot of people that is big, but compared to my monster friends and some of you on here that's nothing

its been 2 1/2 years but they never been the same after, but this is the smallest my arms have been in quite some time. I worked them yesterday so I know they atrophy the next day the worst so hopefully thats part of it. I am confident that in 8 weeks they will be back up a good amount unless I get injured

I bet I'll be back to that in 6 weeks or less, I have all the memory to get right back up, anything under 17" to me is unacceptable though. Aleast I know my arms are still 6 inches bigger than OX's so thats always a good thing, on the other hand he is lucky enough to still be able to use the grocery store b/p machine with those lil things

BigZ. I have gallbladder issues too. I will most likely have to have mine taken out. I have put it off for several years. How much time did you take off after your surgery? Do you have any issues now as a result of your surgery?

I'm coming off a 5 week lay off from a spinal injury, it turned out to not be really serious but I followed the no lift instructions, so I'm atrophied right now, and I have memory up to 19" so 17 should not take very log at all for e to get back to
Just my dick and I usually add 2 or 3 to that number lol
