Bed Time Snack

Does anyone have a regular snack before bed I tend to drink a protein drink with an asinine amount of peanut butter in it, but I need some new ideas.
 
Yessir!

Option 1: pb or almond butter on reduced fat ritz crackers/saltines/graham crackers. 5 of these bitches only has 12g of carbs from the ritz or saltines. Graham has more carbs, but is cleaner and tastes better. Eat this with a choice of protein.

Option 2: cottage cheese with reduced fat/sugar (not splenda but real sugar) yogurt mixed. Try to use about half of a small cup of yogurt so you only get about 8-9 grams of sugar. This will taste surprisingly good and the flavors are seemingly endless.

Option 3: large salad with carrots, tomatoes, cheese, crutons, and a reduced fat dressing. This doesn't really have much in it macronutrient wise, but it does fill up your stomach.

Option 4: Peanut butter/almond butter on toasted sara lee 45 calorie (and 7.5g carb/ per slice!) wheat bread.

Option 5: For a really hungry night, turkey bacon and scrambled eggs.

These are pretty much what I do at night.
 
Its my biggest meal of the day. I want the aminos in the blood while growing. Just my 2 cents
 
I wish I coult do the cookies I did that years ago and got fat, but damn some hot chewy cookies and a glass of milk.. nothing better.

Yep I eat well before bed! Always worked for me but when dieting then peanut butter and scoops of it! Lol also love dipping my spoon full of peanut butter into apple butter! Yummy! Wife hates it when I ruin shit cause she won't eat it after I do that nasty shit lol do we have one for her and one for me lol

Ha ha, it's bulking season for me, and I'm getting fat like a Bear! But, I really need to cut that out or down, but yeah those little hot cookies are one of my weakness for sure!

PB and almond butter keeps me lean when I eat it before bed too.
 
PB on Ezekial bread or a protein drink. I am trying to stay close to 230 lbs. I did the cookie and ice cream thing when I was blasting and weighed 284 lbs.
 
Wow u guys eat some shit..well im just plain boring compared to u guys..boiled eggs cottage cheese calcium casinate..or if I want some thing sweet greek yogurt with cottage cheese and chocolate protein. .
 
I have show Oct 5 and been downing 8 oz Sirloin steak 30 min before beddy bye time then I get up a couple hrs after being in bed and down a casesin shake
 
Dr. Oz recently suggested a bunch of new research indicates a 12 hour FAST is real healthy for the intestines... lowers inflammation significantly. He suggested eat by 6;00pm, then breakfast at 7;00am, but doesn't matter what time your bed time snack is, if you can wait those 12 hours...for breakfast.
