Now I am reading L-arginine does not lead to vascularity and I was always under that impression

arginine will cause vasodilation which would help I imagine, otherwise get yourself some eq and theres always the fun way of dieting.

I always watch what I eat but im over dieting 100% or even 85% really. I am reading contradictory things on the arginine now

Yeah EQ bro . Not sure what OTC stuff works but theirs loads out there

Studies have shown that Arginine doesn't do shit for pumps or vascularity. However, a lot of guys are using agmatine, beta-alanine or potassium nitrate pre workout. I am old school though, and EQ works for me.

IGF always worked for me, but then again I always stay relatively lean which always helps out

Where are you reading contradictory information on arginine? It is one of the components of NO2 supplements so it definitely has a vasodilatory effect. It may not be quite as efficient on its own, but when combined with creatine, it's quite good if you're looking for OTC.

everyone bro, google it

I'm just wondering what studies are saying it doesn't work. When I 'google' the terms, I get a whole lot of studies that say it is a good vasodilator.

I did see one negative reference to arginine, but that was talking about it attenuating the GH response instead of its effects as a vasodilator.

So I'd say if you're looking for a vasodilator, arginine is fine, but there's a trade-off of reduced GH stimulus as opposed to exercise alone.
