when I constantly see out of shape guys telling other out of shape guys how to workout I can't stop smiling, which is holding back the laughter. Than a guy in his late 30's was benching, all fucked up like it was really hard, with just a 10 on each side. Now I know anyone can get injured and the road back sucks, but they were right next to me, so I heard everything they said------ Engineer homo's who could get strong armed by the nearest jr high bully all day.
 
Yep, ha ha, all day long I see guys just doing weird exercises for what.... I just don't know, and your right it's the blind leading the blind. But, I'd say I get a good number of people asking the right questions too, at the gym and at work. So, I guess it evens out, but I don't go out if my way to help those people.... By no means.
 
Used to see crap like that at my gym constantly, but ever since I started going to the gym at 5 am, I haven't seen any of it. Very refreshing.
 
The only people I go out of my way for is friends, or elderly people who may injure themselves from wrong motions, and half the time friends get mad lol. It's like ok dip shit do it wrong, than watch a training video with any of the top guys to see how right I was.
 
I've been going at 645am and at a different gym so I don't see too many guys actually lifting. It is mostly older guys just trying to lose some pounds and "tone." Then there is always thr random person who comes in, thinks he is the biggest/baddest guy in the gym (not hard to accomplish when the average age is 45 or so). I just don't understand where some guys come up with this shit. I've seen so many variations of side laterals it's ridiculous. None of which even seem practical or comfortable.
 
I have seen "exercises" that are clearly in place with only 1 intention, and that is to destroy shoulders..... This is what I see often

I agree, I see people just wrecking their shoulders, I just can't understand where these people get their information. Ok, this guy next to me has shoulders like cannon balls, hmmm let me watch this guy and see what's he's doing, maybe I'll get an idea of what I'm doing right or wrong....... Or I'll just make up some exercise no one has ever seen or used and I'll be huge, yes that's what I'll do!!!

I don't understand what you mean by "engineer homos" ?
