The new gym I'm going to has one of these. I'm not impressed, you can only put 4 plates on each side tops. Why would such a good company make a piece of equipment that you can't load up? This is one machine that MOST guys can easily press more than 4 plates

Just pick out the fattest sumbitch in there and tell them to sit on the top of it haha

You should be able to get the 100lb plates on it if you have them

I don't suppose it look like this? Yeah, you'd think they would want you to be able to lift more.

It's almost like none of the gyms have 100s anymore, they don't want to make the purchase

that shit is ugly lol looks useless for sure

Its actually pretty decent at the end of your legs to use this machine, however the one ive used is identicle other then each leg is seperate so you can concentrate on pushing one leg at a time, this machin in the pic looks to be one solid piece for both legs, i dont like that, as this machine is only good for concentrating on one leg at a time , atleast thats my opinion and experience! But i wouldnt use this as my main leg machine, like i said its good at the end or the very beginning to pre-exhaust

Not exactly like that, but very close. The pegs to place the weights on look to be about the same size though. You can get 4 plates on there, but the 4th barely fits on them. They might hang over a little bit, but not enough to fall off. I just don't get it because hammer strength is a good company, but this is the one machine where you should be able to load up at least 10 plates on each side at a minimum IMO. I know a lot of people would never use 10 plates on each side, but you should have the capability to do so if you wanted.

This gym doesn't have any 100# plates. They only go up to 120# dumbbells also. I use those for bench, but other than me, I don't think many people ever use them. This isn't a gym I'd typically join, it's just the only one open early enough for me to go to when before I work.

I haven't seen 100 lb plates for years now. And the gym I go to doesn't have dumbbells over 120 lbs. I was doing one arm rows with 150's at my old gym, but it closed down.

I remember when the owner of MetroFlex purchased a Nautilus duo Poly Squat for Branch. Back in the 70's I had access to one of these and it sucked. But Branch sweared it helped his recovery. And what is with the word Poly?
