I have heard this is great for healing from tears, pains etc. I have distal bicep tear. Anyone used that recommends it as an addition in powder form?

Thoughts on this

1/2 tsp vit C powder
1 tsp cissus quadrangulari from root
1 tsp edible gelatine (same amino acid profile as in joints)
1 tsp AAKG (nitric oxide has been shown to improve tendon/ligament healing)
1 tsp glucosamine powder
1 tsp MSM powder
1/4 tsp beta alanine (has also shown promise in tendon healing)
fish oils
Chondrotin
l glutamine
collagen hydrosolyte
Pycgenol

I have made up a "collagen" shake which I'll drink morning and night

4 egg whites
berries
cooked broccoli
peanut butter
honey
Oats on morning
cottage cheese on night

Jello for collagen

Im taking it now and im not realy noticing any thing..i had high hopes for this maybe I will up the dose..I was also thinking of adding the horse cream the power lifters swear bye. Hoping the comdo will give me some release from this dam shoulder pain.

The company I have above seems to have the strongest dosage or concentration & I think you need to be at 2,000 mcg 2-3 a day if you have any pain or injury. I think anymore is a waste.
After doctor appt I will email Presser the PDF on it & you can compare it to what you take & let me know. Presser can send to you or upload hear. I am just battling with pain now & appts
