It's official I am having Distal Bicep Surgery October 24. A tough road ahead. I am planning to continue IGF through the process & document on this thread each week. So others that go through a tendon tear can use some of what I went through to help them.
I negotiated the price with
A) Surgeon
B) hospital & Anstegia
Told Surgeon wanted out that day.
Now since I will be on my ass for a few weeks:
1) Recommendations for appetite suppressant? Best stuff?
2) when I can do some cardio, which will be bike, recommendation to do Clen? Anavar? T3? Or anything else?
3) cheapest place to get supplements like below?
1/2 tsp vit C powder
1 tsp cissus quadrangularis from root
1 tsp edible gelatine (same amino acid profile as in joints)
1 tsp AAKG (nitric oxide has been shown to improve tendon/ligament healing)
1 tsp glucosamine powder
1 tsp MSM powder
1/4 tsp beta alanine (has also shown promise in tendon healing)
fish oils
Chondrotin
l glutamine
collagen hydrosolyte
Pycgenol
Any other advice?
I have made up a "collagen" shake which I'll drink morning and night for anyone interested.
4 egg whites
berries
cooked broccoli
peanut butter
honey
Oats on morning
cottage cheese on night
Jello for collagen
