Wat exercises do you guys do for upper chest?

thats the weakest part of my chest and i hate it! I try to do inclines and a lot of flies but I'm genetically challenged in the upper chest region and i fucking hate it!
 
I know. The only time it looks good is when I pumped up on chest day. And my inner right peck sucks to.

Yeah mine is the same way, when im totally dieted down i have a nice crease which makes it look like i have a nice upper chest but im never dieted down anymore, and mine might even be a little more noticably weak when im pumped up actually cause my pecs blow up which kind of at least to me makes the upper chest look weaker, but i know exactly what ya mean bro, someone told me to try dumbell overheads for that, but i dont do those

I love upper chest.. close grip smith machine..incline cable pulls..hammer strength dumb bell press..bring it on..I could do my whole work out upper chest..but I never do..
 
Decline dumbbell pull over (heavy) supersetted with incline hammer strength with the seat all the way down......

we are a strange breed. lol Where else would someone say "this is the best it ever looked but it still looks like shit"
Looks good bro and I think the same about mine. Every other chest day I will just do incline exercises for upper chest.

Ditto I did a set of 110# db's 2 days ago on incline for 10, But I failed on the 130# DB's. To my defense I slipped on the bench to the right and fucked everything.
However my whole chest never grows no matter what I do bc the whole thing is challenges. I have a chest growing disability, Pectorily challenged if you will.

Same and then I see these 160 pounder Cross fit kids with overall flat chest but decent upper chest seperation wearing deep v cut tshirts and I'm like wtf

But what started working for me is turning the dumbbell at contraction, FST 7 style sets and high reps on cable crossovers. But it's still below satisfactory :(

Also my delts that I seldom train now due to rotator cuff injury still overpower my chest and bi's

I'm right there with ya bro. My fuckin front delts over power almost any chest move I do. I have been concentrating on keeping my dumbbell flys and my cable crossovers at a medium weight with a maximum contraction/hold at the top of the move. Trying to keep constant pressure on the worked muscle instead of allowing the delts to take over. Usually the heavier I go in these moves, the more my delts are incorporated....Just FYI....

Lightsout, your chest looks awesome in that pic. I wish mine looked as good as that. Working on it.
 
Unfortunately, If your not genetically gifted in the chest, its just a mutha fucker to get to grow. You have to keep at it constantly

yup but fuck it, someone questions me that's fine, when you don't know why you are getting the shit kicked out of you bc you underestimated someone, it's just that much better
