Ephedrine 50mg, Caffeine 800mg, Aspirin 325mg per Stack got me Shredded

Every single morning upon waking ive ben taking the following ECA stack.....Ephedrine 50mg, Caffeine 800mg, Aspirin 325mg

Lemme tell ya this shit took every last drop of fat off my abs, made a huge difference doubling my stack size, as I use to take half that per eca stack but for the last couple months or so i been doing these higher doses and it works great!

I look twice as big just from looking lean but actually lost weight, you know how that goes. And I carb cycle daily, so i dont eat carbs until late in the day before the gym, anyhow it works great for me, so thought i would share this!
 
I do almost the exact same thing with the carb cycling! The only day I eat carbs all day is before squatting.

Presser, do you think that the standard 25-200-150 (E-C-A) dosage 2-3x ed is as effective as this one big dose? And do you take this once in the am and then once before training? And is this from primatines or actual ephedrine pills?

I think that the carbs timed around the workout is the single most important dieting thing I've ever figured out, but it's good to know other people do the same thing! Thanks for sharing!

I havent really took eca multiple times since dieting for a show many moons ago, so its hard for me to compare, but i do think i feel this alot better and the fat that came off me happened much faster.

And bro daily carb cycling for me is also one of the biggest and best things ive ever figured out about my body and how it grows best, and like you on legs days i will start carbing much earlier lol, funny as i dont know anyone else who does this like this and all the talk of eating 6-8 meals a day for me is just BS not saying it doesnt work but i dont eat much but when i do eat i make sure my insulin is spiked and my supplements are timed for maximum absorsion when i do throw down a lot of carbs with protein.

I will look flat as fuck all day long then after i eat i literally can see and feel my muscles expanding, i look like 2 different people every day

So interesting we do the exact same thing! The whole 6-8 meals thing made me fat and just didn't work. I do much better eating on feel and eating on average 3-4 whole food meals with whole food snacks and maybe a shake a day.

what do you usually eat for breakfast? Mine is anything from bacon and eggs to a protein shake and lots of mixed nuts.

What about post workout? For me post workout insulin spike is key to size and strength.

Also, you may be similar in this regard too, but for me a cheat meal about every 4 days works. Any closer and I get bloated and any further and I lose strength and metabolism slows.

Just thought I'd find out more about what works for you since we have similar philosophies.

Walgreens or cvs have primatine or if you need a site for ephedrine use search and a previous thread has a link

That much caffeine I would be uglier then 700 mg tren a!
I found that natural caffeine I'm fine, But if I use anhydrous caffeine it pisses me off.

Hey guys, I've never personally used Gorilla but know folks that have. Use at your own discretion. I usually do ref checks on any and all even if I've used them in the past ;)

Your super young so if I were you I would eat my balls off ! Load up on the cleaner carbs since ur cutting as u said and yeah you can do 1.5 G protein per lb of weight. Or keep your fats under 80 daily and you'll be fine. I use to keep mine under 50 when I was younger and kept track of everything in a little note book . I would right down EVERYTHING! I usually did it for a show so I knew what worked and what didn't as far as bloating or full lean look but its still a good idea for anyone bro it helps you keep on shit
