Ham Egg Cups

  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • Cheese of Choice
[h=3]DIRECTIONS[/h]
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mist a muffin tin with cooking spray and fit ham slices into 4 cups, pressing ham into bottom of cups. (Ham edges will stick out.) Crack 1 egg into each ham cup. Add cheese.
  • Bake until whites are firm and yolks are still a little runny, about 25 minutes.
