Advice on doing a cycle (steroids ? Testosterone ? ... ?)

Hello everyone,

To begin with, my stats:
I'm 24 years old
5'8" (175cm)
180 lbs (82kg)
10-12% bodyfat (calipers) on 2nd month of bulking this year

I started training in the gym at about 18-19 years old, weighting 130lbs with something like 15% bodyfat, didn't know much, didn't train very well and ate bad at the time. I went in and out of the gym until maybe 2 years ago when I started to understand what protein shakes were and what a diet was.

Now I'm lifting seriously 5x/week since 1.5 year, dieting very well, doing bulking/cutting phases.

While I'm still under the impression that I'm progressing, it's getting really slow, maybe gaining 3 lbs a month in bulking season while not gaining much fat (slow bulking for easy cut ;D) and the fact is that I'm getting the feeling that I won't progress much naturally anymore.

So I would like some advice, is it time for me to start a cycle ? Should I keep on with my slow but steady results 'till I reach my maximum natural potentiel ? I read about steroids cycles, testosterone etc. but I'm not sure what I should start with at my age and training experience.

Thanks for your advices and your time,

Regards,

welcome to MC brutha and yes if ur still making steady gains all be it slow theyre still gains and i would surely wait til you plateau naturally before starting any cycles of gear.

Thanks for your answer Presser :)

What do you think is achievable naturally wise ? While being on mark with dieting and training and supps ?
I'm wondering if 6-8lbs of raw muscle a year is a good progress after couple years of training.

Actually, I'm 180lbs with 10-12% bodyfat, my goal would be something like 187+lbs with 8% bodyfat year round, is it possible naturally with my height?

Start with a low test, tren masterone cycle.
tren 100mg/eod
masterone 100mgs/eod
test prop 100mgs/eod

This cycle will lean you out and build you at the same time. The doses are really good for a first timer. Your goal should leaning out more, you always want to keep you body around 10% bf or less. Preferably 8%. Eat clean, eat big, and train hard.
Through some igf 1 also daily, at 50mcg to start. Help bring some veins outs. Keep your water I take high always 1 gallon or more every day.

great cylce bigz..but for a newbie new to AAS i think its a bit much..tren a bitch unless u know what u are doing sides ect ect..keep it simple..friend told me this once..KISS.... keep,it,simple,stupid..lol..ive still got 1 1/2 bottle of that tren test mast left..lov it..but progestrone can mess u up more than estrogen imho.

^^ your right bro, but that's where your research comes In to play. Can't just take the food from the horses mouth with out now what it will do.

Progesterone and estrogen are both some thing to take into precaution running a cycle like this. Masterone will keep estrogen side down and the use of promipexal or cabergoline need to be used to combat progesterone sides. If water weight is still a problem adex can be added and dandelion root. High water intake.
Tren and eq always should be added into cycles in my opinion. And from my expirience so far. Two best hormones.
You want to look like a bull and eat like a horse? You take the two best drugs ment for those two animals trenbolone and equipoise!!!

You should be able to make it to your goal weight at your current bf% no problem, IMO. And yes, that's a pretty damn good increase per year for your height. I wish I had been that weight when I was 24. As it was, I was only 130 lbs, but I later found out that was because I had low testosterone. You sound like you have normal hormone levels so if you make sure you eat cleanly, I see no reason you couldn't make it to your goal of about 190 at 8% bf completely naturally. You're already about there, and you said you're still gaining. I'd add that if you added in just 200-300mg weekly of only testosterone, you'd probably jump to 200 (or more depending on how you eat) within a couple of months, but if you decide to go that route, you better prepare and educate yourself about the whole process of being on and planning for when you come off and getting your natural hormone levels back.

yes i think you could be 5'8 187lbs natural at 8% but would suggest to continue bulking every fall/winter then do ECA stack for spring/summer at 24 years old i think next year you could be at your goal naturally

i dont know your genetics or body type but after thinking about it more it would be extremely hard to reach your goal in a year maybe 2 or 3 years but if you want to be natural it will require lots of patience. i remember when i took my first prohormone cycle at 26 and had only been back in the gym a year i made huge gains and was like damn i shouldnt have wasted money on all those other supplements so maybe it is time for you to try something else. if you would rather be natural i really do think you could reach your goals in a few years between bulking and cutting weight could vary. i enjoy seeing my body change and most the time i dont have 6 pack abs i like to eat but my genetics or body type is endo/mesomorph which means i put on size/muscle/fat/weight easy

Looks like the first question is back to you. Do you want to stay completely natural or do a low Test cycle, Prohormone or even IGF??

To pin or not to pin, that is the question....lol
