what about crystallization of this stuff?- did you try putting it into the fridge and keeping for 2 weex etc?

I have been searching for a TNE recipe for ever. This sounds easy to do. I have limited experience brewing and capping so thanks for the info..

Look in to it and make sure you dont use guaiacol in your house LOL I did and it didnt go over good with the wife

it has held for 4 weeks now and was left in my car twice. it is 100% stable. the biggest problem is the smell from guaiacol. it is horrible
