New attempt at calf growth... 30 days

As most know my calves suck. I'm fortunate to have small joints, but they are still crappy. In my Ambien induced stupor last night I stumbled across another calf program that made sense to me. I'll spare you the hypothesis, but in theory it relates to progressive overload and continuous need for adaptation based on the calf muscles physiology.
The idea is you do bodyweight standing calf raises every single day with a 2/2/2 count and continuous tension. Start out doing 50 (if you can) calf raises every single day. The goal is to get up to 100. At a six second count per rep you're looking at a solid 10 minutes of training per day! According to the author, gains of an inch in a month are reasonable. I figure why not try it?! I've been training for over 20 years and I still sport 16 1/2 and 17" calves. I'll keep you guys updated.

I pretty sure Im about to use PMMA on my calves at this point.

Bro!!! I just spent the last 4 hours researching that! That's crazy that you posted that. Is it still the case that you have to go to Tijuana to get it? I've heard its crazy expensive. Last time I saw a pic of your calves they looked like you had put some size on

How many CC's total do you think it would take just to bring them up to a reasonable 18" or so?

Im trying to figure all that out as well at this point, thinking it would be like 2 cc's in three different spots on each muscle in the calve, but not sure. I would think the protocol is a little different than synthol. It last like 4 years. I will keep researching it and let you know what I come across, do the same if you find some info.

doesn't igf and hgh work in spot injection? Or maybe more so when you are younger.

Absolutely IGF does. Its a matter of how much growth you need to balance your physique. In shape my arms are over 20". At best my calves will hit a smidge over 17"

I love working calves and shoulders. My biggest pump is when I do shoulder shrugs. Calves are so fucking stubborn. I've been doing a new routine on the donkey press. I do all the weight untill I can't do anymore 450lbs usually about 35 times. Rest for 10-15sec. Do as many as you. Rest 10-15sec. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Untill you get to around 100 or on a good day 125 reps. Lately I've been dropping the weight at the end to get to 150. This is the only way I get a lactic burn. Still hardly sore the next day. Gonna stick with it though. Hey NUKNUK you watch Black Sails on Starz?? You look like you could walk on the set and demand a part. Funny you work on the sea as well. HAH.

I was reading some of his stuff and he stated that it cost him like $8,000 to fill a 1/4" dent from a torn bicep..

I dont think it will cost that much at all, stuff is pricey but not that crazy. It might have been $8,000 all together for the trip down there, pmma, and paying the doctors and nurses fees and visit. You know how they like to overprice everything during a doctors visit. I would just buy the pmma and do most yourself or find a nurse or doctor on side that is cool with it.

I can see the need for an artful eye when applying that stuff. I think it has tremendous potential. I've got a great massage guy, he actually does Ben Pakulski. Of course he doesn't talk about other clients. Aside from a good massage guy I don't have anyone at the moment like a good Dr to handle the admins for me. I can definately see myself doing it at some point.

I still can't find the mechanism of action for this drug. Sounds to me like you will be carrying it around for rest of the life unlike Synthrol that gets absorbed eventually.

I was reading it is permanent too. Alot of transgender poeple love using it to fill out the butts and hips.

I have shitty calves to. Wat program you doing for your calves Dude?

This is going to sound like a mess, but here goes.
I'm training calves 4-5 times a week with weights.
Seated calf raises, calf presses, and donkey raises.
I'm doing 4 sets each.
First set is like 25 reps. Second is 15 reps. Third is 10 reps. Fourth is whatever weight allows me to do 3 minutes of constant reps with a two second up and 2 second peak contraction.
Same protocol with each exercise.
Then I start cardio on the treadmill and I walk on my tip toes and am trying to do 30 seconds more each time. So today I did 4 minutes of my 30 minutes on my tip toes.
On non training days I do 1 set of calf raises at home. No weight. Hands on the hips. 2 seconds up, two second hold, two seconds down. I simply go for time. It doesn't sound like much, but I'm up to 4 minutes. Its insane pain and a crazy pump. My calves are constantly sore, but I'm sure that ballet dancers, bicyclists, runners, sprinters, etc went through a period where their calves were wicked sore. I feel like perhaps calves evolved to take an incredible workload and grow as little as possible so I'm going to go nuts with the stimulation and see how it goes. I've got before measurements and I'll measure again in a month

Man this shit is brutal. My calves are pretty much pumped all the time and they are getting more.... endurance I guess?? Basically they can do the heavy weights for more reps and more sets before exhausting. Like let's say I would do 4 plates on the seated calf raise for 15 wait 30 seconds then I could only do 3 plates for 15 or so. Now I can do another set at 4 plates for 15 reps. Also I'm up about 45 pounds on my high rep (40 rep) sets.
I basically brutalize my calves and then get on the treadmill and walk on my tip toes. It's excruciating, but I can't imagine them not growing. Before a killer workout like that would kill them for 2 or 3 days. Now I am doing this 2 sometimes three days in a row. I mean they have to adapt right? With the work and optimal environment I'm creating I'm really hoping for 3/4" on each at the one month mark.
I am literally training calves balls out 4 - 5 times a week
