he was a local supplement store promoting his supplements and such. super nice guy. his phone started ringing when I shook his hand. I said, "you need to get that?" he said, "naw, she can wait." then she called back and he answered it on Face Time. I got to wave hi to his daughter. lol!

ya know you hear these top level guys are short but you don't really believe it until you meet them. from all the pics you'd think he was 10ft tall. but nope, I'm 5'10 and look a lot taller. guy is still a rock. his hands are like giant meat hooks. crazy.

Super nice, very humble, said he was flying to Spain in the morning for something. Its a cut of beef very tough and big either needs to be braised or smoked or boiled for a LONG! LONG! time like 10 hours.
