Hello I have been wanting to do a cycle for a while and have been looking at a lot of threads to try and figure out what would be best. I am 24, been working out for the last 6 years. 5'10 and 200lbs body fat is 15%. I am looking to get some more muscle nothing crazy. I have read a lot of about different cycles for the first time. I have narrowed it down to two. one was 400mg deca along with 500mg sustanon 250 and the other one was just 500mg of test e or test cyn. I know to have novadex for possible estrogen side effects and arimidex .25mg ever other day to help prevent it and then take clomid for after the cycle. I am not sure which one would be better or if I have anything wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

either cycle is fine, sustanon is best run every other day incase your not sure as some guys take it once a week and its just not optimal this way,

Im a short ester guy so i like Testosterone propionate at 200mg every other day, and if its your first cycle you only really need to run testosterone at a moderate dosage to get great gains, as long as you right and train hard you will pack on loads of muscle with testosterone,
my first cycle was 17 years ago and it was 250mg a week of testosterone enanthate and i blew up in 10 weeks time, you don't need much brutha to grow!
Yep clomid is good and we have a few good posts in article forum on protocol , you can buy the aqua-clo at our store along with any thing else you might need incase you need to get stuff still!

Test E or Cyp 1st time bc while Short esters are fuggin' AWESOME ED EOD shots take gettin' used to. Get a long ester run it 250-500mg EW take Adex @ 0.5mg 2x EW. Ur'll do ur test 2x EW split in half 125-250mg 2x Sunday Wednesday or Monday thursday w.e & take ur adex the same day as the shots helps u remember. nolva on u can do.. I see no real benefit other than it helps cholesterol & blocks estrogen, but Adex does too. IF u run deca adex & nolva will not prevent progestin u will need cabaser or prami & ur test should be double ur deca (From what I read)

100mg clomid is a lot IMO I used it @ 50/50/25/25 4 my PCT. U could use nolva too. Clomid can fudged ur sight up so be careful w/ it. some get sides w/ sight. I used nolva Clomid & Torem I perfer Torem recovery is faster, sex drive remain & I dont get PMS on it like nolva Clomid LMAO. But that's me. Long ester wait a week or 2 after ur last shot b4 starting PCT. & keep running ADEX

i would say test e/c every 6-7day with either a front load or a bdol kicker..keep the other compounds until u understand how u feal on the test..TEST IS BEST..
1-1/2 cc test with 30mg e/d dbol kicker cheap easy great gains.
or like i said front load with test..either works great..
