Here is my cutting cycle.
First four days of the cycle i will take 40mgs of accutane, there was a study in Muscle Mag that by taking accutane for first few days of your cycle can help with acne.
week1-10 500mg Omna
week1-12 75mg fina eod
week1-16 clen/eca cycle 2/2
week1-8 50mg winny eod
week1-8 40mcg t3 ed
week6-13 40mg anavar ed
week13-15 clomid 100-50mg ed
week1-16 20mg nolvadex ed
week1-16 .25mg liq ed
week10-16 25mg proviron ed
week16-20 15mg winny ed to keep my gains.
i am still doing a lot of research that if i can do 10mg dbol b4 workout because they give me good pumps. though dbol is not for cutting but since i will be on low carb diet i wanna try dbol b4 workout to get a pump. Please post if u have any opinions
My diet:
100g Carbs, 50 b4 workout 50after.
300mg Protien
i will depend mostly on shakes.
Training.
I will hit cardio atleast 4days a week early morning for 30mins.
Instead of doing 1 or 2 bodyparts a day i will hit three body parts a day because i will recover faster from the juice. since my goal is not bulk crazy but to just drop fat and gain a about 10 pounds of lean muscle. i will do about 10sets perbody part. abs 3 times a week atleast.
my current stats are 203lbs 6.1feet 20%bf. i would like to be 10%bf and weigh around 190 lbs. i wanna be ripped crazy.
PLEASE PLEASE, give me your opinions and i am open for suggestions.
