Ok here we go, started my diet about 11wks out
started @ 238lbs 6*0 ft.. fasting cardio morning. First 2 weeks dropped 10lbs Still same strength.
All supps from EC from muscle depot
750mgs test enth for three more wks
50 mgs drol e.d and it's amazing! Wk8- 2
50 mgs winnie e.d wk7-0
50 mgs tbol e.d 4wk-0
75 mgs tren ace e.o.d 7wk-0
100 mgs test prop e.o.d wk5-2
And Mc igf wk6-2 60mcgs e.d

You're going to stick yourself everyday for 7 weeks? Also personally I'll stop injections like 10 days out. A lump or big bruise can really put a damper on 3 months of prep. I usually do ED shots only about 3 weeks out and like I said stop at 10 days. In case you have the ability to change it up.

Where are you thinking you'll come in? Do you have anyone helping you with diet, posing, selecting music, etc? I know it's expensive, but man those things are important. The last 3 weeks you'll be a wreck and your mind will play tricks on you. Get your trunks and tanning supplies as early as possible and get backups.
 
Your mind will play big time tricks on you, fuck yourself up so make sure you have someone with you along the way. A training partner or coach to keep you're head from screwing up all those weeks of prep. Also start posiNg everyday or night at least six weeks out for a few good reasons, condtioning and so you're so used to the mandatory poses it's not even a thought, posing or second guessing how you're posing show day can screw up your entire focus.
That's my two cents, probably worth a penny.

i agree with posing early, do it in front of a full body mirror and you can learn little tiny changes in position that make YOU look the best, no 2 people should ever hit the same pose the same way. i have seen people look awesome but get beat because they pose like shit and it makes them not as impressive.
 
yeah i use to hate fucking holding poses during prep,lol, its an entire workout in itself, no bullshit! good advice!

yep, i have and lots of guys to until the water from the anadrol spills over subq, but yeah in the beginning of anadrol when the muscles are super saturated with water, hell yeah i get vascular , its a fine line though cause at some point it spills and smooths ya over, which is why some guys play with it a lot pre contest a few separate times to see how long it is until the spill/smooth over, so they know how to run anadarol right before stepping on stage, I personally have not used it pre contest, but plenty of guys have and thats how they do it! Its best to keep a journal of exact doses, and hour of day you took it, and exact what and how much you ate and drank, and you should THEORETICALLY know how to manipulate it so you can run it pre contest and step on stage full as fuck , vascular and not smoothed over yet!

But again, i never had the balls to try , as if you fuck up a day or two out, their aint shit you can do and all that hard work is for nothing and your ass is stepping on stage smooth and fucked up looking, but i guess if you do a few runs and if you think you have it down properly, and know your body then go for it!

Good info, never knew this as I havent dabbled much in competition pretty cool though.
