MEDIAL tricep training

So I've always had problems growing my triceps. I've been making progress but it's been about as fast as a snail up a hill. My biggest issue is just simply not having really any medial or middle head to my tri. What do yall do for that specific head or what do you think Will bring it up. I think more than anything my biggest issue is I just don't feel I have that mind connection and I need to build that up. Thoughts?

if that is the case then you need to be doing medium weight with high reps, until you get that connection, which is very very important!!

That's where I've been at the past month or so. I think I keep t ring to reason with myself of why I don't have one by looking at it and saying "well kai greene doesn't really have one maybe I don't" lol
 
lol, you have one! lol, just gotta hit it twice as hard brutha
 
I have a different issue. My lateral heads lack. My medial heads are over developed. They hang over the back of my elbow. As Presser said its all about where you can feel it. Ive heard IGF helps (wink wink) it helped me. Mine still lag, but they are much improved
