I can post some more of my results got full panel done this seems to be the only thing outside of reference. but here are my total cholesterol levels. Been off cycle for quite some time diet went to shit though for a while due to many factors including gluten intolerance and lactose issues.

Needless to say my diet is back in tip top shape going on about a month. Lean meats, lots of veggies, brown rice and buckwheat mainly for carbs, fish, avocados, olive oil on salads etc. 5 to 5l6 meals a day approx 2500 call or so still tightening up.

I ask because I'm thinking of going back on a small dose of prop 75 to 100 at most every other day. I also had my test levels checked free test being 9.3 and total 601. Free test drawing my eye as pretty low for as active as I am. I have had loss in sex interest.

My totals on Chol. Appear to be normal but good is lower then I would like and the ldl obviously a little high. What would you guys recommend hold off or will a low dose be fine with close monitor and great diet? I'm also going to incorporate another 1.5 or so hours of cardiovascular exercise per week. Right now I'm at about 30 to 45 min hiit throughout the week and 5 days actually lifting.

I am 29 years old and about 206 now with estimated body fat down from well probably 18%+ to about 13 to 14% currently. Thoughts and opinions are welcome.

I see no reason to hold off from cycle due to these numbers. Of course your HDL being slightly low and your LDL being slightly high kinda throws you into a mild cardiac risk. But, with a decent diet as well as a good amount of cardiovascular training you should be fine. There are certain compounds that will throw these numbers off, but Test Prop at 100mg eod will not do this. Adex, Letro, Tren and Deca will all significantly lower your HDL. So, be ware of this. Upon discontinuing any of these if you have the need to take them, your numbers should return to normal.

If you wish, you can retest your lipids about 4 weeks into cycle and I'll be glad to take a look at them. I'm sure csuperman wouldn't mind looking into them as well buddy

shot you another pm too, thanks for looking bro. That's what I wanted to hear, and with the cheap prices that the online sites offer with not having to go through health insurance I think I will do another round of tests in about a month like you suggested. Finally, getting back on the wagon tonight hopefully super stoked.

Everyone id affected differenly by test and diet ect... im very sensitive to certain foods I eat and wodnt know this without numerous test results and I mean numerous over the last couple years. Those are decent result bro prob better than mine. Maybe make sute your getting enough good fats. Watch the carbs. But al that seems gtg. From the looks of it your still within range. Was that from a 12hr fast? Gotta make sure your fasting or it will jack your lipid panell to hell.

yeah that was on a 12 hour fast, I have cut out a lot of carbs, mainly only from brown rice, and some gluten free oats, lots of healthy fats, avacodo's, olive oil, I'm gonna up my fish oil a touch as well. Thanks for looking, I think I will be fine just always concerned about the ticker lol. The rest of the bloodwork looked great that was the only thing that kinda worried me. thanks for the reassurance fellas.
