Whats up brothers an sisters?Ok so got my igf an decided to log this which may or may not lead into my next show in nov.Took my first pin of igf yesterday before training legs took 60 mcg ,not sure exgactly how soon or how long it takes to feel any effects ,i did have a tremendous workout.
My weight is 240 about 10% bf im using the y3t training system an so far am very impressed with the results.

VERTICAL LEG PRESS
LEG PRESS
SQUAT
LEG EXTENSIONS

Cant wait to take this to the next level an step on that stage!!!!!

I always have taken it every day regardless of whether or not i was training, but many guys do just training days, i think its split down the middle honesty,
 
I think ill go everyday if it pushes nutrients into the muscle it has to be good for recovery

yeah i don't think its a matter of people not wanting to take it every day, i think people just try to stretch it out for financial reasons,

pinning everyday like the pumps an the focus an energy i have in gym feel like i could train forever,so far so good cant wait to get deeper into it.Still at 60 mcg may up that next week to find what works best for me!!!
 
nice! I'm sure you'll grow like a weed brutha considering your knowledge on nutrition and training along with knowing your body super well. Love reading all the recent logs from everyone recently!
 
Upped it to 80 mcg today really liked that the pump was extreme,trained arms today,pinned then 15 min later had bagel with pb an protein drink in lowfat milk,during workout had a carb /protein drink honestly felt like i was all swole up,protein drink after workout an now steak on grill with some rice,seems like taking every day is best for me!!!!
 
Ok brothers an sisters ,time to get away for a bit me an the lady going out on a boat with catered dinner an drinks on lake erie,some times we focus so much on training ,eating ,competing that it can be a selfish sport dont forget the ones who love you an support you thru all the pain the sweat an tears the victories an when they pick you up after the defeats!!!! Tonight im going out with my beautiful lady an gonna forget the bodybuilding world for a while an enjoy the time i have with her,But come tommorrow it back to the grind so im off here for the rest of the nite make sure you tell the ones important in your life you love them they are your true fans,peace mc community its been great being with all of you,sorry so mushy but at times i got to remember whats important an thought id share it with all of you!!!

Solid choice on taking it ED. It has up to a 30 hour half-life, so technically you could take it EOD.
I just feel that taking it ED will keep your levels from fluctuating, and you will obviously get more out of it.

I'm curious to hear what you think about taking it Pre or Post workout.
That's a HOT topic right now, so we all need as much info on it as possible.
I really think that you will prefer Pre as long as you get your dose, carbs, protein at the right levels.
It takes a little tweaking, but once you get it, you'll be blown away at the pumps you get.
You are a big dude, so you may need a little more than 60mcg for your legs, but I can't stress enough about getting your carbs right also!
I weigh 170, and I use 60-80mcg depending on the muscle worked. BTW, anything over 100mcg is GOLDEN!
Once you get it right, the pumps you get won't compare to ANY pumps you have gotten from any other compound!
That's a PROMISE!!

I actually just created a thread for this very reason.
I think it would really help us all to hear the benefits of taking it Pre vs Post.
I'm hoping everyone will contribute, and maybe we can all learn a thing or two.
I know it works no matter how you take it, and it may be different for different people,
but personally, I would love to hear from members of the community and their results.

I'm glad to hear you finally got some of the EXTREME pumps we all talk about.
I love that swole look and feeling. It really motivates me when I'm in the gym.
Not to mention my veins look like they're gonna explode!
Too bad it doesn't stay that way all the time though.
There's just nothing like it!!
