Need advise on PCT for my 1st cycle.

Much appreciation for all inputs you've given on my first post.

Now that I've gathered up a lot of information regarding how the very first cycle should be, I guess I have to make a plan for my PCT.

My very first cycle will be

500mg Test E 12wks cycle with
30mg dbol 5 or 6 wks and
Arimidex .5mg EOD.


( I'm not sure about taking Arimidex EOD so any input will be welcomed regarding this issue. )


Now, the primary question is that should I use Nolva and Clomid together? and if I should, how much dosage will be appropriate as the first cycle pct?
Also, I'm not thinking about injecting HCG as it may be an overkill in my opinion. (Any input will be appreciated on whether taking HCG or not too)

Yeah clomid 2-3 weeks after last injection and you should be fine with just arimidex
 
I would use nolva and clomid together. The dosage is like with everything else it depends on your own body really. I cant take alot of clomid so I do something like this:

Clomid: 50mg/50/25/25
Nolva: 40mg/40/30/20

Hcg will always help you recover faster but it being your first cycle you probably wont need it. I would recommend aromasin over adex if you can, aroma is alot easier on your cholesterol.

Like always, thanks for your input brother. Clomid will be just enough? how much dosage would I take?

What does Clomid do to your body?
I heard aroma goes much harder on my body does it?
 
Clomid gives me very bad headaches at high doses. It causes some guys to get depressed or see flashers. That doesnt happen to me tho. Alot of guys will take any where from 100-200mg of clomid the first 2 weeks and have no issues. Aromasin always has been easier on me in blood work. Adex wrecks my cholesterol, makes my hdl low. Adex isnt bad, just that I prefer aromasin (works faster too).

We can sit here and tell you stuff, show you studies all day long. Really the only way you will ever know is when you try it. Just try to educate yourself the best you can and make the best decision possible for yourself., not just what anyone tells you.

I see brother. Thank you for sharing your ex. Now that I'm staying abroad, I just wanted to gather all info as much as I could before gear actually kicks into my body. I've always had a high cholesterol. Does Adex certainly affect on the cholesterol level? If it is, I always should consider taking aromasin instead of Adex

Animals dosage suggestion was pretty solid brutha, as was the nolvadex recommendation, though i don't think you'll need, it is good to have on hand incase theirs any estrogen rebound
