Filtration units

Can someone give me some help on filtration units? From what I've researched it seems like the Watchmen that cap bottle top filters are the way to go? But I should go with a glass bottle top so that I can use heated oil correct? Also is it possible to filter straight into a media bottle that I can cap after filtering?
If anyone could post a link to a good one I would greatly appreciate it..

Those Whatman autovial filters are great. They filter 10 ml. at a time and are easy to use.
