Baked Halibut w. Tapenade
makes 4 servings

4 fillets of halibut or other firm white fisyh like red snapper or sea bass
(6 oz. each(
4 tsp. tapenade (olive paste), divided
Olive oil cooking spray
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Coat fish lightly with cooking spray. Spread 1 tsp. of tapenade over the top of each fillet. Put it in a glass dish with water and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Nutritional Facts: 279 calories, 45 g. of protein, 0 g. carbs, 9.5 g. fat

If you want a little more flavor try combining some lo mein noodles with slices of red peper and celery to this meal.
