Sweety you must mean mg not mcg, cause if your only taking 20mcg you whont be feeling anything until you reach 100-200mcg ED
 
No, I have liquid clen. It is mcg. I think!! :confused:

Anyway, took 30mcg again today and then killed my legs and abs. It was a great workout but now I'm shaking like a bastard and I have to go and draw!!! :eek:

And the drawing isnt going so well

Right now I'm taking a dinner break: good ol' tofu stir fry.

Now dont mind me, this mis my new journal so now for the boring stuff....
So far today:

Breakfast:
-slow cooking oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, and applesauce
-one egg white, one whole egg

Lunch (post workout):
-protein shake
-apple

Dinner (now):
-tofu stir fry with broccoli, mushrooms, bean sprouts, red pepper, and almonds

I'm sure I'll eat more later. Prolly about 2 more snacks.

Oh yah. Cook, bake, I do it all! It's so hard for me to eat lots of protein in the morning but I'm working on it!
 
Today, woke up kinda late so I used it as a rest day from the gym.

Still took the clen, 45mcg today. Hands shaking like crazy. I'm trying to eat soup right now and I cant even hold the spoon steady enough to have to soup make it to my mouth! :laugh:

Ate clean today again. Some mystery person left swiss chocolate at my studio and that was tempting but I resisted.

Its a little challenging to eat well when Im at school all day and I have to either buy stuff or bring stuff thats fairly instant. So I'm going to do groceries tomorrow and store lotsa good stuff in my studio locker.

I have a feeling I may be consuming too little food in general though. I entered my food for the day into fitday.com just to check it out and the past couple days have only been around 1000 calories. Hmmmm........

Any protein-heavy snack ideas??? Write them here, Id love to get some new ideas!! Beats tuna straight outta the can! :)

Anything w/peanut butter, pro shakes (Schwartzlab is yummy), cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, need I go on? You should be getting in about 1500 cals...send me what you are eating and I will add stuff for you so you can pick the cals up.
 
Took 65 mcg of clen today in two seperate equal doses. I like splitting it up better!

Anyone find that they experience weird muscle spasms while taking clen? Lately my muscles have been tightening up a lot or having weird spasms. I dunno, just thought there may be a connection b/c I didnt experience this until starting on the clen.

Today was leg day. Got in some nice squats! I also worked abs.

Unfortunately, I ate pretty badly today. I was at school all day and didnt have any good food prepared so I ended up eating stuff that wasnt so healthy. And I felt like shit afterwards! Yuk!! :(

Tomorrow is back and biceps with some cardio to boot. Going to take 70 or 75 mcg of the clen me thinks. AND get back on track with the eating because I'm starting to see some good results and I'm not going to throw it all away now!!

BTW mid, thanks for all the meal plan help! I'm working on those egg whites! Had 3 this morning! :thumbsup:
 
I get the spasms (twitches) from clen sometimes a headache also on the higher doses. Screw the pics I'll be there to spot you for proper form.

Yah, I'm getting both the twitches and the headaches and I'm only at 60mcg!!! Ah well, the clen seems to be working well though so I can live with it!
 
I there for the spots ;) Just in case remember 2 weeks on clen only the eca for 2 weeks I'm sure you already know this but just watching your back

Thanks! Yep, I've been on the clen for one week now so one more to go. And do you make your own ECA stack?" I have ephedrine tablets and caffeine pills so I guess I could but whats the best ratio of mg for the E, the C, and A?

And how many days is best to wait from stopping clen to starting ECA? ABout 2 or 3 or more...?

Muscle cramps and spasems can be helped by eating Potassium aka Bannanas :) and drinking ample amounts of water.
