I hammer my jaws and teeth pretty hard at work or in the gym. Have spent 1000$ over time on custom teethguards. Just bought the shock dr Gravity 2 STC strapless. It's the shit for 20$.its a boil and bite but goes on lower teeth and its easy to breath.drink water and even talk. 5 outa 5 stars for price.. Will see how long it last..

Do you grind or clinch your teeth at night? Do you think it would work for that?

damn! I never could do the boil teeth guards right, Im always afraid of- 1) burning the shit out of my gums and 2) pushing too far thru the guard with my teeth, so I usually fuck them up

I have a Dr. Shock mouth guard as well, same way as far as forming it and I love it. I don't know which one I got, but it was $13.99 I believe and I can breathe easily with it. I have a hard time with mouth guards because I am normally gagging from how big they are on my back teeth, but not with this one

Yeah I grind enamel dust all nite with out a mouthguard as i chop down redwoods And then I gag up my left ventricle and wake up if I don't turn on my Cpap v12 engine.
