Anyone else have issues trying to sleep longer then 5-6 hours per night? I pop up after just 5-6 hours every single day and i hate it! And I have been COMPLETELY Clean for over a year, no juice, no nothing at all! So Im wondering if this is just something that comes with age, NOT that im old, but I hear that the older you get the less you sleep, is this true? Im still in my 30's and thought just older people had this issue, like in their 50 and 60's

I have always had problems sleeping. My problem is I can't relax or get my mind to stop thinking.
Doc scrips me ambien. I take maybe 2x a week. Other than that I'm good for 5 hours of sleep a night.

I have a hard time sleeping all the time. i take unisom and it helps sometimes. I cant take ambian because i walk in my sleep! i know it sounds kinda funny but sometimes hot tea helps me sleep.

for me i know most of my sleeping issues stem from me planning out the next day or thinking about stuff i need to do. I started making a list of stuff before bed so that i wont run thru the next day over and over in my head! lol

I've had sleep issues for years and was given a low dose anti depressant that is used instead of ambien or unisom. It doesn't put you you to sleep but relaxes you so your mind won't race.

A buddy gave game a Xanax when we were traveling one time and boy o boy that is some fun stuff lol. Slept like a baby.

I can't sleep for crap. I take so many meds that its an accomplishment for me to take a night off from a certain pill. I have my antidepressants, Ambien, attivan, muscle relaxers.... I also simply refuse to get out of bed with less than eight hours. I just lay there and eventually fall back asleep. It's pretty irritating

I have this exact same problem. I just gave up on trying to sleep until a certain time anymore. Once I start tossing and turning I normally just get up. Occasionally if its really early like before 2:30am I'll pop a benadryl and try to go back to sleep. Often I just fall asleep and wake up every 30-45 minutes until it's time to get up.

I'm natural too for almost 3 years now, and I still have sleep issues, just as bad when I used to run AAS..

I take Tylenol PM pretty much every night..if I miss a dose, I toss and turn all night. Prefer ambien but price without health insurance is just through the roof.

Any got liquids help me at night, even coffee. It's like the heat of it alone just puts me out

Have you tried Benadryl?

Ever since I worked night shift some 6 years ago, I cant sleep well. I use benadryl maybe once per week, ambien maybe once per week, valarian root and a couple others. Trick for me is to listen to music, dial down slowly. When have my son, we relax with a movie and read in bed andlisten to music. When I have my son, Im always good to go. When not, well, thats a different story. Keep stress low, make your spouse happy and live a good life and sleep will come. Wow, sorry for the rambling there. Geesh

Silk snoring knocks me out cold though. It's pretty funny, but her snoring is so soothing to me

When I sleep alone through the week. I get about 4 hours a day when I sleep alone. Midnight sucks !!!

Tryptophan in capsule , melatonin help me sleep, all over the counter. I wont take prescription sleep meds because when you stop taking them you cant sleep, its called rebound insomnia

Tylenol PM does freaking wonders, my wife says it makes me act drunk about 30 minutes before I pass out, she can always tell when I take them. Hell I slept from 9p.m till 8a.m. last night was freaking awesome, the only bad part is that I feel like a zombie for the first few hours after waking up
