Lots of chicken

Well cutting my carbs down for 4 weeks to get in shape for the beach and im eating a shit ton of chicken and fucking spinach salads. What do you guys like to use for seasoning that isn't too bad for you.
 
u should realy try that coconut oil man it makes chicken breast taste amazing that with some salt and pepper.
or try allpurpose seasoning or low sugar bbq sauce.
 
Thanks charliebigspuds, imam swing by Foodlion tonight and see if they have any of that coconut oil. Does anyone else get headaches when you start cutting carbs and eating clean lol, might just be me.

yeah i get headaches when i initially start eating super clean, but they went away in time, but i havent eaten super clean in ages lol, so no headaches here! lol

I get headaches all the time when eating clean and it's generally a water/salt or macronutrient issue you can fix pretty easily by eating more. I find that fish oil really helps because getting in enough good fat is hard to do.
 
Try eating some Pollock, it's a white fish less fat than chicken and eat some Avocados if you like, for fats, and cauliflower. Worked for me in the past...... Way past.
