Gonna catch hell for this

Well a couple years back I did p90 and insanity and got pretty shredded. Now I do absolutely no cardio and ive been out the weight room for a month from elbow problems. So I broke down and order T25 which is supposed to be a shorter version of insanity. I know I know everyone here hates those workout things but my fat ass has to do something while I can't go to the gym because of my elbows. So instead of bulking this season im going to try to lose a few pounds. My plan is to do it in the a.m. before work and as soon as the elbows get better I will be lifting in the evenings.

dont you have an elaborate home gym set up or at your work have like a huge commercial set up for your personal use? wtf?? lol
 
Yeah I do. When I say go to the gym I mean my gym haha. What really sucks is I will go in there and sit down and feel like shit cause I can't use any of it. Actually thought about selling it but I have too much stuff to just give away and I've done it before and regretted it.

haha, I can't sit around and get fat. I fucking hate running. Im still gonna try the mui tai and boxing next week even if my elbows are still hurting gonna try to work thru the pain. Im sure doing the 120lb dumbells behind my head for triceps didn't help them.

Im just messing with ya brutha....sort of lol. And yeah you cant do much when your elbows are fucked, ive had them to the point i couldnt do shit either! why cant you do legs like a mother fucker! 30 second intervals between high volume sets, if that cant shred ya up then i dont know what will.

Anyhow seriously sorry to hear your shit is still fucked up and in that bad of shape,

Yeah i could use some serious cardio to, not for fat loss but merely for my wind! I get so out of breath doing the most mundane things lol, I just want to get my wind back, i wanna be able to run a mile without stopping or some shit like that,lol, i just know right now my big ass gets winded way to easy and im pretty lean right now to, atleast for me im lean lol, so i dont get it!

but ill hang myself before i buy P90x
