Well I went to the mall last night to basically go buy some new cloths for Fall , more dressy type stuff for the night life I'm about to dive into for the first time in about 15 years, "major family issues" don't ask!

Anyhow, it was like hitting the fucking lottery to find 3 lousy shirts that fit lol, and Pants, NO way! I must have tried on a dozen pair, well not really tried on, cause though my waist size was same as pants, i couldn't even get my first leg to fit into any of the pants lol, so i guess i really didn't try any on, lol, honest to GOD every pair i tried stopped after trying to put my first leg in them and i knew right away they were skin tight! wtf!!

Anyhow, I found 3 pimp ass shirts at Express, which was like pulling teeth to find xl / xxl sizes there, as most shit was small and medium.

Where the fuck do you guys buy your pants? not jeans, i don't wear jeans, i wear nice dress slacks, but not like suit and jacket type slacks, but rather nice clubby looking slacks, hard to explain i guess lol,

Anyhow, need to find some pants today, anyone know of good stores to try?

Presser, I'm not nearly as big as a lot of the guys here and I have trouble with dress pants/slacks too - most of them are either cut for skinny emo boys, or overweight average joes with small legs :( It's just the way it is these days :(

i think I'm going to try Mens warehouse today, i just don't know where else to find nice pants, but I'm all ears if anyone knows a spot or two

Presser Most guys have to get there shit tailored that I know. I am only 5'9" and I am having to wear XXL's again with my weight floating between 208-215...... Most shirts are not long enough, I stretch my tri's at the gym (where you point your elbow up, and make a fit behind your head) and im showing the side of my abdomen by like 2-3 inches...... Someone my height should not have this issue. My longest known gym buddy is 6'5" and has the same issue, but a bit more understandable. Most my XL's are just getting too small, but I don't feel like buying too many more XXL's.
Let's all agree we need a sectioned closet with different sizes lol I could have worn a Large a few months back, and right before that was a XXL lol

Yep pretty much impossible to find anything.....XXL shirts are fine in the shoulder area but look like a god damn tent from the chest down but even if it fits ok in the upper region the sleeves are so small and tight makes you look like a dbag...I hate tight ass sleeves all stretched out...always looks like a guy is cramming into a size to small on purpose or he just wants to show off his arms which always makes us laugh....bodybuilder or fitness guys wearing a shm-medium to look buff...dbag.....and its gets really expensive to have all your shirts taliored....I have two sets of clothes. off season and cutting. I go from 34 to a 30 in a few months when I am dieting.....245-250 to 210-215....
let me know if you find a good place that has a chain of stores....so far nothing really out this way in So Cal....and WTF is the rage on slim fit? slim fit shirts, suits, pants and jeans...fuck that shit too.....Its hard for us as we know but what about all these fat kids in the obeast society we live in....everywhere I look fat fat fat...fat Mom and Dad, which leads to fat kids and its just exceptable?

Haven't been able to buy a non-tailored pants in ages. Only quadroi pants fit as they are stretchy lol sane goes with shirt with mixed Lycra material. It it stretches it fits lol

This is where I go- they often have Buy One Get One Free deals- like now till Oct 5. They are trend current. The only think I hate is this- I wear an XXXL dress shirt, and i like to wear them out in a casual situation with a sport coat, but the shirt is like a tent below the chest. I guess I could get it tailored, but as it is the shirt is $100 a piece.

At 240lb with a 34 waist everything seems to be slim fit and I feel your pain. Lol

Dress clothes suck especially when you cycle up. I gain size easy and cutting sucks for me but i can vary my size by 40 lbs which makes for a big wardrobe.

I have given up on regular stores for basically everything but t shirts. I only go to the big and tall shop Destination XL. They will tailor then shirts and pants so they fit right.

Chotto what do they charge per shirt? My dry cleaners want $60 per dress shirt......a $20 croft and barrel dress shirt from Khols turns into $80 which is stupid.

The nicest pair of slacks I have I found at Express. They were an athletic fit and a 40" waist. They were $120 and then $60 to have tailored. That was in 2007 and I haven't bought a pair since. I can't imagine how those in the corporate world afford it, but I will likely find out soon.

Yeah, a bit extra, but worth it. My last shirt i tried to save a buck and took it to my cleaners. They took in the sides and took the liberty to take some in the arm pit. Needless to say, my lats and arms didn't appreciate it and the shirt went directly into the garbage.

So effn true!! I can't seem to find good pair of pants or jeans for that matter. I have to get my pants custom made by a tailor.

I think I'm in luck being 5'10ish in an area populated with fat ass short guys all the dress pants are like 34 32. 38 32 and so on so I mean it sucks I have a 32 in waist but gotta wear a 38 but they're way cheaper and only bunch up a little bit!

i got all my dress shirts tailored at the mens warehouse a few years back, i think i got 6 of them in various colors, but they did a great job! The arm pit of the shirt doesn't hang down to my waist like off the rack shirts do that fit my neck but not the rest of my body lol, so yeah mens warehouse is good for tailored suits and shirts, I got a suit done there a few years back, and they charge by each tailor cut, and i couldn't believe the number of pieces it took to make my suit jacket, id be lying if i said how many pieces it was off the top of my head but it was a shit load of pieces, and they got it perfect i must say!

ANyhow, i think I'm going to head over to the mall today and see about getting a new iPhone and check out the mens warehouse for pants/slacks

yeah I wear a 36 x 34 , but the legs never fit when i get the right waist size lol, and for my legs to fit, the waist has to be like 42 and then they won't stay up and cal straight of me lol, it sucks balls!

This is why i dnt wear jeans, I wear strictly Cargo pants, or causul/dress slacks, jeans are very hard to come by and i don't like how jeans look on me, I'm not a jeans wearer at all!
